Art Commission Guidelines
- I am an artist who specializes in digital illustrations of fantasy characters, creatures, humans, and animals. I love creating colorful and expressive artworks that bring your characters to life.

- I am comfortable drawing the following types of commissions:

- Animals of any kind, such as cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, etc.
~
- Humans from bust up, such as portraits, headshots, or icons.
~
- Creatures of any kind, such as dragons, unicorns, griffins, etc.
~
- Some mythological creatures, such as mermaids, fairies, centaurs, etc.
~
- Pets of any kind, such as hamsters, rabbits, fish, etc.
~
- I am not willing to draw the following types of commissions:
~
- NSFW (not safe for work) content, such as nudity, sexual themes, or explicit scenes.
~
- Heavy gore content, such as blood, violence, or mutilation.
~
- Fullbody humans, such as full-length or full-body poses.
~
- Disrespectful topics, such as racism, homophobia, or hate speech.
~
- Anything else that violates my personal or professional ethics.
~
Please respect my art commission guidelines and do not request anything that I am not comfortable with or that goes against my principles. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 😊

Whether you want a portrait of your original character, a fanart of your favorite character, or a custom design of a new character, I am here to help!Payment Terms and Agreement- My prices are listed in USD. They may vary depending on the complexity and detail of the commission.

- I accept payment via Paypal, Venmo, Robux, Nitro, or whatever is agreed upon.

- I require 50% payment upfront before I start working on the commission. You can cancel the commission and get a full refund when I am in the sketch phase. After that, no refunds will be given unless I am unable to complete the commission for some reason.

- I offer up to two free revisions during the sketch stage. Any additional revisions or changes after that will incur extra fees depending on the amount of work required.

- If you are not satisfied with the final artwork, I will try my best to fix it within reason. However, I will not redraw the entire artwork or change major aspects of it.Image Copyright and Usage- I retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. You may not claim it as your own or use it for anything other than personal use.

- You may use the commissioned artwork for non-commercial purposes only, such as displaying it on your social media, website, blog, etc. You may not use it for profit-making purposes, such as selling prints, merchandise, or services featuring the artwork.

- You must credit me as the artist whenever you use or repost the work.- Communication and Delivery

- You must provide me with clear and detailed references and instructions for the commission. If you have any specific requests or preferences, please let me know beforehand.

- I will send you regular updates on the progress of the commission via email, Discord, or whatever is agreed upon. You can contact me anytime if you have any questions or concerns.

- I will deliver the final artwork in high-resolution digital format (PNG, JPG, etc.) via email, Google Drive, or whatever is agreed upon. The delivery time may vary depending on the complexity and detail of the commission, but I will try to finish it within a reasonable timeframe.- Feedback and Reviews

- I reserve the right to decline any commission request that I am not comfortable with or that violates my personal or professional ethics. This includes but is not limited to requests that are illegal, offensive, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or harmful to anyone or anything.

- I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork for my portfolio, promotion, or other purposes. However, I will respect your privacy and anonymity if you wish to keep the commission confidential. Please inform me beforehand if you do not want me to share the commission publicly.
